BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The control of the chapter shall be vested in the board of directors. The board of directors shall consist of the president, secretary, treasurer, immediate past president and other officers as deemed necessary by the chapter but must remain as an odd number. The board of directors shall manage the affairs of the chapter in conformity with laws under which the chapter is formed and in accordance with these bylaws.
1. The board of directors shall meet at least once a mouth at a time and place designated by the president.
2. The board of directors shall conduct the general business of the chapter in the period between business meetings.
3. Special meetings of the board of directors may be called at any time by the president or by the president upon written request by any two members of the board. Written notice shall be forwarded to each board member not less than fourteen days prior to the meeting.
